Insure Equality Junior Board Information
What is it?
The Insure Equality™ Jr. Board is a group of emerging professionals who care about the mission of IE and supporting the organization’s growth. Jr. Board has six month terms from January to June and July to December.
Who is it?
Emerging professionals could mean anyone from new to insurance or board work. This group of people is looking to add to their resume while providing meaningful input to a growing organization.
Responsibilities and Structure:
The IE Jr. Board comes together virtually once a month to work on a special project from a list of projects presented by the team. Projects will be in three key areas: media and comms (newsletter articles specifically), project management (working on a project as a group - i.e. what does a futuristic employee handbook look like), and committee work (specific to the committee that you choose).
