Insure Equality Junior Board Information
What is it?
The Insure Equality™ Jr. Board is a group of young professionals who care about the mission of IE and supporting the organization’s growth.
Who is it?
Young professionals could mean anyone from 18-24 years old. This group of people is early in their careers or just starting college and looking to add to their resume while providing meaningful input to a growing organization.
Responsibilities and Structure:
The IE Jr. Board organizes during the school year and comes together virtually once a month to work on a special project from a list of projects presented by the team. Projects will be in three key areas: media and comms (newsletter articles specifically), project management (working on a project as a group - i.e. what does a futuristic employee handbook look like), and committee work (specific to the committee that you choose).
